COMMUNICATING TO BE HEARD AND REMEMBERED

TOPIC: Communicating to be Heard and Remembered
Learn the right way to communicate to get more of what you want – more money, winning presentations, faster decisions, and effective teamwork. This will not be a boring presentation. Do not expect to stay quiet or in your seat during this session! You will actually practice what Christina preaches during the presentation and walk away with tools that work in the real word.

Cancellations accepted through September 26th.
$50 fee will be charged for cancellations after September 26 and for no-shows.

ABOUT THE PRESENTER:
“Am I worth a felony arrest to you?” asked the tiny debt collector of the enraged 6-foot, 200-pound man as he leaped over the counter, backing the twenty year old brunette up against the wall. Moments later, after writing a check for the full amount he owed, the debtor hugged Christina Harbridge and walked out the door.

As founder and princess of Bridgeport Financial, Inc., Christina broke the mold in the Collections Industry with a positive, direct, humanizing manner of communicating which led debtors to send thank you letters along with their payments as well as the occasional wedding invitation. This method, “Turning a collection call into a sales call™” collects 3 times the industry average and keeps the customer.

WHAT MAKES CHRISTINA AN EXPERT:

Christina Harbridge has been a serial entrepreneur, a professional lobbyist, an author and a trainer.  She “walked the talk” when she founded a collection agency where she trained employees to communicate so well that debtors actually sent her company thank you letters after she collected money from them!  Christina is currently the CEO of Allegory Training (www.allegorytraining.com) and has been training high level elected officials and organizations in public speaking and communication for 20 years.
