“Am I worth a felony arrest to you?” asked the tiny debt collector of the enraged 6-foot, 200-pound man as he leaped over the counter, backing the twenty year old brunette up against the wall. Moments later, after writing a check for the full amount he owed, the debtor hugged Christina Harbridge and walked out the door.

As founder and princess of Bridgeport Financial, Inc., Christina broke the mold in the Collections Industry with a positive, direct, humanizing manner of communicating which led debtors to send thank you letters along with their payments as well as the occasional wedding invitation.
