After you have taken the one-day forum training program, you become part of a monthly gathering of 8-10 peers called a forum. Placement in forum is based on a wide variety of age and stage and business factors (competing business are never placed in the same forum). Topics can range from business strategies on compensation and hiring practices to appropriate insurance coverage and legal issues.
