Entrepreneurs with annual revenue of $500K to <$2M
Founder/Owner within their small business
In business for at least two (2) years
Have a minimum of two (2) FTE

Build foundational skills across team building and hiring, strategy, execution, sales, marketing, and finance.
Components:
Cohort Kickoff meeting
4 UNC Charlotte credential classes ( half-day each)
4 EOS/Traction learning days (half-day each)
People (Right People/Right Seats)

Goal
Enable participants to apply Year 1 learning in real-world business growth and operational execution. Prepare small business owners to navigate the entrepreneurial landscape in the Charlotte market.

Elevate Implementation-focused workshops in marketing, sales, operations, and finance

Goal:
Provide mentorship, advanced peer learning, and strategic networking to prepare participants for EO membership.
Eligibility:
Revenue >$1.5M, Year 1 completion
Components:
1:1 Mentorship with EO Charlotte Members
Continued monthly Growth Groups (G2) meetings
Two EOS/Traction learning days
Fully Implementing EOS in your company
Rocket Fuel
Two EOS/Traction working sessions
Networking and EO integration events
Monthly Growth Groups:
Small groups meet once a month to review progress, tackle challenges, and set goals for the business. Growth Groups are heavily business-focused, emphasizing execution and measurable growth.
EOS/Traction Learning Days:
Interactive sessions based on Traction and the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) approach.

Cohort size: up to 30 participants per annual intake
Annual intake with active renewal options (invited back by Elevate committee based on qualifications) for participants continuing through Years 2 and 3

Everyone starts at Year 1 regardless of business size or revenue

Program cost will total $3,500 for all new Elevate participants ($3,000 dues / $500 initiation fee)

EO Board has final approval of participants and EO member acceptance

In partnership with UNCC and EOS, Elevate provides academic expertise with peer-driven entrepreneurial growth, creating a sustainable pipeline of thriving businesses, and strengthening the small business ecosystem overall.
Learning content is new each year, and progresses from foundational learning to actionable implementation, and finally to strategic mentorship and EO integration.

Based on participant and coach feedback, Elevate will move to a 10 month calendar (August-May).
Learning events are held every month (excluding December and May), and Growth Groups meet monthly.

Option to repeat Year 2 once if not at $1.5M revenue or if content remediation is requested.
Option to repeat Year 3 once if not at $2M revenue.
EO Elevate participants need to complete year 1; if a participant reaches the $2M threshold at the end of the 1st year, they are considered eligible for EO Membership
90% proven concept-if an EO Elevate participant reaches $1.8M upon completion of three years of the program, they can be eligible for EO Charlotte membership.
